How to Return an Item

2. Get Approval & Instructions
Our support team will review your request and provide:

A return authorization, and

The correct return address for your location
Return addresses may vary based on product type or shipping region.
3. Ship the Item
Once authorized, ship your item to the return address provided by our team.
Return Shipping Costs

Customer’s Responsibility: If returning due to a change of mind or preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Urbanixity’s Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Specific Scenarios
Exchanges:
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for your preferred product.
Change of Mind / Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. After that, you’ll need to follow the standard return process.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@urbanixity.com within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong Product Received:
If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send the correct item at no additional cost.
Item Never Arrived:
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking details.
