Return Eligibility
Urbanixity accepts returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged items.
- Items returned without their original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at

Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if required.
Once your request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning the item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Urbanixity will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos or videos as proof. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier or your local post office first.
Urbanixity is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information or theft after successful delivery.
Exchange Policy
Urbanixity does not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
