Order Processing & Delivery

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days

• Transit Time: 9–12 business days

• Total Delivery Time: 10–15 business days

• Currency: All prices are listed in USD

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (Central Time, UTC-6/UTC-5) will be processed the next business day.

• Courier Partners: Royal Mail, FedEx, DHL, and SkyNet

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to become active.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, all orders are final.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, you can still request a return or exchange as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery Issues

If you’re not home during delivery, the courier may:

• Attempt redelivery, or

• Leave your package at a local pickup point

You’ll receive instructions on how to collect your parcel.

If you refuse delivery, return shipping fees or additional costs may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Lost Packages

All shipments from Urbanixity are fully insured.

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, contact us right away at info@urbanixity.com.
We’ll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and arrange either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
