Urbanixity currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If shipping availability changes in the future, we will update our website policies accordingly.
Yes. Urbanixity offers free standard shipping on orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required unless stated otherwise on a promotional page.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the United States usually takes around 9–12 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume seasons.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order has been dispatched. If your tracking still does not update after that time, please contact us through our Contact Us page and include your order number.
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if your shipping address is incorrect. Urbanixity is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer once the order has been processed or shipped.
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking first. If you still need help, contact our support team with your order number so we can review the issue and assist you further.
